Terms and Conditions: National Property Managers Day 2024 Competition 

Eligibility: 

The competition is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

Employees of REINSW and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

Entry Period: 

The competition begins on 2 July 2024 and ends on 22 Jully 2024, midnight. 

How to Enter: 

To enter the competition, participants must submit their best Star Property Manager story via the submission form provided on www.nationalpropertymanagersday.com.au. 

Only one entry per person is permitted. 

Entries must be original and must not infringe upon any third-party rights. 

Judging Criteria: 

Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the theme of celebrating National Property Managers Day. 

The winner will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by REINSW. 

Prize: 

The winner will receive a $200 gift voucher. 

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. 

Winner Announcement: 

The winner will be announced on National Property Managers Day, which falls on 26 July, on www.nationalpropertymanagersday.com.au and REINSW’s social media channels. 

The winner will also be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the judging date. 

Publicity: 

By entering the competition, participants agree to allow REINSW to use their name and submitted content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, publication on REINSW’s website and social media channels. 

Privacy: 

Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without permission. 

General Conditions: 

REINSW reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 

By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Liability: 

REINSW, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the competition or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
